Clinical Trials Unit

Innovative. Qualified. Associated.

We want to make rheumatic and other chronic inflammatory diseases curable. To help our patients, we are breaking new ground together. We use individually adapted therapy directed against specific inflammatory mediators to reduce symptoms and, ideally, achieve freedom from symptoms. Clinical trials offer innovative possibilities for the treatment of rheumatic and other chronic inflammatory diseases. We use therapies that improve the disease in a targeted, early and sustainable way.

Through modern and efficient therapy methods in combination with clinical expertise and new imaging, we try to achieve the best for you

Current clinical trials

We can offer you promising therapy alternatives in different dosage forms (tablets, subcutaneous administration or infusion) in the case of initial diagnosis or insufficient response to your previous therapy for the following diseases:

Rheumatoide ArthritisPsoriasis ArthritisAnkylosing spondylitis Inflammatory diseases
Do you have rheumatism or are you suspected of having rheumatoid arthritis?
Your current therapy shows no improvement?
Or you are wondering whether you can reduce your rheumatism medication?
Psoriasis and tendon disorders?
And the medicines for psoriatic arthritis do not bring any improvement in health?

Do you have Bechterew's disease and your medication is not working?
We can precisely assess the condition of your bones on the basis of high-resolution computer tomography images and optimise your state of health thanks to new, innovative medications.

We are looking for patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, with or without joint complaints, to detect early changes in the joints and to survey bone density.

Rheumatism and sport - is that possible?
Do you have rheumatism and feel the first restrictions in your mobility? In a current study, we are investigating whether a targeted exercise programme helps you to maintain your physical activity.

For imaging examinations we are looking for patients with gout, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, spondylarthropathies (ankylosing spondylitis) and rheumatism.
